Engagement Ring

To create a custom engagement ring based on their emoji nicknames, Cedric envisioned a setting where a 6-pronged head holding a super sparkly diamond symbolizes the six-sided honeycomb of the bee. (The typical head has only 4 prongs.) The lightning bolt geometry of the band further highlights their relationship.

Second Anniversary

A Tahitian black pearl: because both of us love scuba diving and we got engaged underwater. And Becca’s spirit animal is a shark. Cool rings, huh?

We did not design the Tahitian pearl ring or the shark’s jaws ring. We simply combined these two rings we found online with a pearl we bought in Tahiti into an utterly unique ring for our second anniversary.

We can help you do equally crazy things. Believe us, it’s fun!

Forging Your Love Story

We’ll set up an interview to discover the common themes and symbols in your relationship. Tell us about:

Times and Places that were meaningful. Especially the moment you knew “This is the person I want to be my partner!”
Symbols that are important to each of you.
Images of rings you found online. Send them to us and tell us exactly what you like about each of them.
No one else has to understand your ring. Only the two of you, and those special friends you choose to tell.
Our job is to make the themes and metaphors in your story into the physical reality of precious metals and precious gems.

From there, Becca and Cedric find concepts online and then work with a designer to create something totally unique and special to you. Once you approve the design (and discover her ring size), we will have the final product hand crafted in the NYC Diamond District because it’s walking distance from where we live. We love doing this, and we want help you do it, too!
